3 Ingredient Protein Cookies

Ingredients

1 ripe banana

1/2c almond / peanut butter (to decrease calories you can use 1/4c and then add in a powdered pb alternative)

1 1/2 scoops 1st phorm protein (I used choc banana flavor)

Optional: chocolate chips & sea salt

Directions

1.Preheat oven to 325F

2.Mash banana into bowl

3.Add in peanut butter and protein powder

4.Let sit for 1-2 mins and line a baking sheet with parchment paper

5.Scoop dough into 5-6 cookies and lightly use a fork to press dough into ‘cookie’ shape

6.Add toppings if desired

7.Bake 8-10 mins

8.Enjoy warm!
