Ingredients

Chipotle Bowls (I’ve gone from 265lbs to 188lbs using this recipe and others like it)

- 4 Chicken Breast

- 1 Jar of Salsa

- 1 Taco Seasoning Packet

- 1 Drained can of Black Beans

- 1 Drained can of Corn

- 1 Chopped Onion

- A Splash of Chicken Stock (I shake it in the empty salsa jar to get the remnants)

Dump in crockpot for 4 hours on high.

- Rice is chopped cilantro and one squeezed lime mixed in the rice after it’s done cooking.

Top with Greek Yogurt as a sour cream alternative.
