Ingredients

1 cup (226 g) unsalted butter, softened

1 cup (200 g) sugar

2 eggs

2 tsp vanilla extract

3 cups (360 g) flour

Purple & white sanding sugar

Directions

Cream butter and sugar, beat in eggs and vanilla. Add flour and mix until dough forms. Chill 1 hr. Roll out, cut into irregular "crystal" shapes. Sprinkle with purple and white sanding sugar before baking.

Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 8-10 min.
