Smoky Honey Habanero Orange Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients

3 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup sugar

3/4 cup milk, warmed to 105°F

1/4 cup, butter, melted

1 Tbsp Spiceology Smoky Honey Habanero seasoning

2 1/2 tsp active dry yeast

1 whole egg, 1 egg yolk

1/2 cup fresh orange juice, about 2 oranges

1 tsp salt

1 cup packed brown sugar

2/3 cup butter, melted

1 1/2 Tbsp cinnamon

1 Tbsp Spiceology Smoky Honey Habanero seasoning

Zest of 1 orange

1/2 tsp salt

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 1/2 cup icing sugar

1/2 cup butter, softened

1 tsp vanilla

1 Tbsp Spiceology Smoky Honey Habanero seasoning

Zest of 1 orange

Directions

In the bowl of a stand mixer, add in your flour, salt and sugar. In your warm milk add your yeast, mix and let stand for 4-5 minutes.

With your dough hook attachment, add in your melted butter, orange juice and Spiceology Smoky Honey Habanero. Start your mixer and add in your eggs. Increase your speed to medium and run for 6-8 minutes. Your dough should be soft, not sticky and pulling from the bowl. Remove your dough, shaping into a ball and let rise for 1 1/2- 2 hours or until doubled.

While your dough is rising make your filling. Combine brown sugar, melted butter, orange zest, cinnamon, salt and Spiceology Smoky Honey Habanero, and mix together.

Once your dough has doubled, roll it out into a flat rectangle. Scoop and spread your filling evenly over your dough. Roll it into a log and cut it with a sharpe knife into 8 equal sized pieces. Place cinnamon rolls onto a buttered baking pan and let rest for 30-45 minutes, until fluffy looking.

For the icing, add your cream cheese and butter into the bowl of your stand mixer, mix on medium until well combined. Add in your vanilla and slowly add in your icing sugar one spoonful at a time until all combined. Fold in your Spiceology Smoky Honey Habanero and the zest.

Pre-heat your oven to 350°F.

Place your cinnamon rolls into your pre-heated oven and bake for 20-22 minutes or until golden brown and bubbling.

Let your rolls cool before adding your icing and try to only eat one!
