Melt in Your Mouth Cinnamon Roll Banana Bread

Cinnamon Roll Banana Bread Base
•3 very ripe bananas (about 1 1/4 cups mashed)
•2 whole eggs
•1/3 cup maple syrup
•1/4 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
•1/4 cup melted butter
•1 tsp vanilla
•2 cups oat flour
•1 tsp baking soda
•1/2 tsp sea salt
•1/2 tsp cinnamon in batter
Thick Cinnamon Roll Swirl
•1/4 cup room temperature butter
•1/4 cup coconut sugar
•2 tbsp cinnamon
•1 tbsp maple syrup
•Pinch salt
Cream Cheese Glaze
•4 oz room temperature cream cheese
•2 tbsp Greek yogurt
•2 tbsp maple syrup
•1/2 tsp vanilla
•Pinch salt
Instructions
-Preheat oven to 350°F. Line loaf pan with parchment.
-Whisk bananas, eggs, maple syrup, yogurt, butter, and vanilla.
-Stir in oat flour, baking soda, and salt.
-Pour half into loaf pan and Spoon half the cinnamon mixture over it. Swirl deeply. Add remaining batter. Add remaining cinnamon swirl on top and swirl again.
-Bake 45–55 minutes.
-Drizzle thick glaze over slightly warm bread.
