Easy Penuche Icing

1/2 c butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 c milk
2 c powdered sugar
Directions
Melt in saucepan 1/2 cup butter. Stir in 1 cup brown sugar. Boil 2 minutes over low heat. Stir in 1/4 cup milk. Bring to a boil. Cool to lukewarm and add about 2 cups powdered sugar. Put bowl over ice water and stir until thick. Spread on cake.
