250g kimchi
1 cucumber

black pepper
sesame
sesame oil
soy sauce
garlic paste
Directions
-Slice cucumber and mariande with salt and black pepper. Squeeze out the water afterwards
-Season chicken witth salt and pepper and cook. Wait until chicken is cool and shred them
-Mix kimchi juice with 16g soy sauce and 10g garlic paste
-Add seasoned cucumber and kimchi to the chicken
-Mix in sauce and sesame oil
-Sprinkle 9g sesame seeds
