Cranberry White Chocolate Scones

Ingredients

4c SR flour

1 tsp bp

1/3 c sugar

100g butter

Zest of an orange

1 1⁄2 cup cranberries (frozen is fine)

1⁄2 cup white chocolate pieces

Juice of an orange

1 1⁄2 cup buttermilk

1 egg

Directions

Combine flour sugar bp and zest in bowl. Rub in butter til resembles course breadcrumbs. Add cranberries and white chocolate and toss through flour mix. Beat egg with buttermilk and orange juice. Add to dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Turn onto floured surface and shape into rectangle. Cut into 12 and place on lined tray. Brush with milk and sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 220 for 15 mins.
