Buffalo Chicken Taquitos

Ingredients

2 cans of chicken (or fresh shredded chicken)

1 1/2 cup of buffalo sauce (Franks or your choice). You can add a little more

1/2 block of cream cheese (Pref reduced fat options)

1 Small container of low fat Greek Yogurt

Garlic powder

Onion powder

Smoked paprika

1 pack of ranch seasoning

12 tortillas corn or flour

Green onions

Cheese your choice, needs to be shredded either manually if fresh or pre-shredded

Toppings:

Green onions

Ranch

Buffalo

Dip with whatever you like

Directions

Preheat oven to 380 (if using oven)

Put chicken in a large mixing bowl and shred with a fork

Mix in cream cheese, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder.

Mix the packet of ranch seasoning with the small container of low-fat Greek yogurt then porn in and mix.

Get your tortillas and layout the inners and roll tight, and move to baking tray.

Spray the rolled tortillas with some cooking oil (lightly)

Bakes at 380 for 20-25 minutes flip half way

Or

Air-fry at 400F for 10-15 minutes and flip halfway

There is a lot of customization to this, you can add whatever you like to them and your preferences on type of cheese and chicken. Spices are up to you as well

Easy to freeze for a later snack

**Munch Crunchier in the air fryer, also if you give extra space in the oven**
