3 cups liquid eggs

1 ½ cups cottage cheese

150g zucchini

700g hash browns southern style

2 cups frozen bell pepper & onion mix

5 slices turkey bacon

1 bag (196g) reduced fat fiesta cheese

Salt, pepper, garlic to taste

Topped with green onions

Bake: 400° Fahrenheit for 40-45 mins. Check after 40, depending on your oven it could take longer

I accidentally put 3 cups cottage cheese in my macro calc before the video - that’s why I said 50g protein. Recalculated while writing the caption before I realized it. Still a protein heavy breakfast
