Ingredients

100g tinned tomatoes blitzed

250g fresh tomatoes blitzed

2 Romano peppers chopped and roasted at 160 degrees until lightly toasted and moisture evaporates.

2 tsp garlic granules

1.5 tsp salt

4x yellow nagas

200ml apple cider vinegar

1 tsp turmeric

0.5 tsp black pepper

2 tbsp olive oil

Directions

Mix the blitzed ingredients

Add to a heated pan after bringing the olive oil to a simmer.

Notes

Add sautéed onions for a different flavour. A bit mild for me but a decent kick for some.
