Go to my bio to get the Gardenary Root Vegetable Grow Kit, packed with everything you need to grow your own radishes this fall!
Here’s how I pickle my homegrown radishes:
Make sure you save this post so you can come back to it once your radishes are ready to be pulled!
Chop up your radishes, toss them in a jar, and add a mixture of 1/2 cup red wine vinegar, 1/2 cup water, 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt, and 1 Tablespoon granulated sugar, all whisked together.
Directions
Add some spices if you want a bit more flavor (I like adding mustard seeds, coriander, fennel, and black peppercorns).
Refrigerate at least 15 minutes before enjoying and then store in the fridge until they’re gone! You’ll be hooked! 😋
