Cast Iron Chicken Skillet

Ingredients

2 chicken breasts

1/2 tbsp olive oil

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/4c softened butter

2 cloves minced garlic

1/2 tbsp Italian seasoning

salt & pepper to taste

Directions

425 degrees | 10-15 minutes

season & sear 5 minutes

flip & finish in oven
