Garlic Parm Chicken Skewers

Ingredients

Chicken Breast (1.5lbs)

Olive Oil (1 tbsp)

Paprika (1tsp)

Garlic Powder (3/4tsp)

Salt (3/4 tsp)

Black Pepper (1/2 tsp)

Onion Powder (1/4 tsp)

Cayenne (1/4 tsp)

Butter (75g/5tbsp)

garlic( 3 cloves minced)

Parsley (1tbsp diced)

Salt & Black Pepper (1 tsp of each)

Directions

1. Slice the chicken into bite-sized pieces then combine in a bowl with olive oil and seasonings. Thread onto 4 8" skewers. Mkaes rue the pieces are comapct and there is space at both ends. Cook at 440 degrees in the airfryer for 10 min

2. Combine butter with parmesan, garlic, parsley, salt & pepper. You want the butter to be soft enough to brush, but not completely melted. Use microiwave to reach desired consistency.

3.After 10 minutes flip the skewers and brush w/ 1/3 of the butter. Airdy for 2.5 minutes then flip and brush with another 1/3rd of butter. Air fry for another 2.5 minutes.

4. Remove the skewers and brush with the remiander of the butter. Sprnkle over more parmesean and parley while theyre still hot.

Notes

This chicken can be used with a variety of sides. Suggested: Rather than using remainng butter to on chicken in last step heat up naan bread, brush remaining butter onto it, and add chicken along with vegies of choice.
