Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients

3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)

1 cup buffalo sauce

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

2 green onions, sliced

1 tsp garlic powder

black pepper to taste (optional)

Directions

Preparation Time: 15 minutes | Cooking Time: 20 minutes

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook chicken in a skillet over medium heat until no longer pink. Shred while warm.

In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with cream cheese, sour cream, buffalo sauce, cheddar cheese, and garlic powder until smooth.

Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish and top with additional cheddar cheese.

Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown on top.

Garnish with green onions and serve hot with tortilla chips or veggie sticks.
