Halloumi Pasta

450g halloumi cheese, chunked.
300g pasta of choice.
1 onion, finely chopped.
3 cloves garlic, crushed.
300g broccoli.
250g cherry tomatoes.
500g passata.
2 tablespoons olive oil.
2 teaspoons sweet smoked paprika.
Salt and black pepper to taste.
Directions
Fry Halloumi
Heat 1 tablespoon oil, fry halloumi 5 minutes.
Set Aside
Remove halloumi, set aside.
Cook Pasta
Start cooking pasta in salted water.
Fry Onion And Garlic
Fry onions and garlic in remaining oil.
Add Broccoli
Add broccoli to pasta after 5 minutes.
Make Sauce
Add tomatoes, paprika, passata to onions.
Cook Sauce
Cook sauce 5 minutes with lid on.
Drain pasta and broccoli.
Combine pasta with sauce.
Top With Halloumi
Top with fried halloumi.
