2 tbsp water

1 tbsp fish sauce

1 tbsp rice wine vinegar

1 tsp lime juice

1 tsp sugar

1 tsp garlic (finely chopped)

1 fresh chilli (birds eye, finely chopped)

Directions

Mix

In a bowl, add in the water, fish sauce, rice vinegar, lime juice, sugar, chopped garlic and finely chopped chilli.

Serve

Stir until sugar dissolves and serve.
