Air fryer rainbow potatoes

Ingredients

1 ½ Pounds potatoes

2 Tablespoon Olive oil

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)

1/4 teaspoon Rosemary

1/2 Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon Paprika

Directions

Wash potatoes thoroughly, cut potatoes into cubes, wedges or halves if using baby rainbow potatoes .

Pat dry before transferring potatoes into a clean bowl. Add oil and seasoning, toss to combine.

Transfer seasoned rainbow colored potatoes into air fryer basket, set temp to 400°F / 200°C and cook for 20 to 22 mins tossing every 5 mins with silicone spatula to ensure even cooking.

Potatoes are cooked when they are fork tender. Serve immediately with steak, chicken or any side of your chose. (See blog post for more suggestions)
