1 LB 5 OZ CAN CHOPPED TOMATOES

10 OZ CAN ROTEL

15 OZ CAN BLACK BEANS

15 OZ CAN PINTO BEANS

15 OZ CANNED CORN (DRAINIED)

2 PACKETS TACO SEASONING

1 PACKET RANCH DIP

12 OZ BAG FROZEN PEPPERS AND ONIONS

8 OZ CREAM CHEESE

1 CUP GREEK YOGURT

1 CUP BEEF BROTH

Directions

1. BROWN HAMBURGER AND DRAIN.

2. ADD ALL CANNED INGREDIENTS, BEEF BROTH, AND SEASONING PACKETS. STIR FULLY TO COMBINE AND BRING TO A BOIL.

3. ADD THE FROZEN VEGETABLES AND REDUCE TO A SIMMER.

4. COOK FOR 6-8 MINUTES UNTIL VEGETABLES ARE TENDER

5. REDUCE HEAT TO LOW OR TURN OFF IF SERVING IMMEDIATELY. ADD THE CREAM CHEESE AND GREEK YOGURT AND STIR UNTIL EVENLY INCORPORATED.
