Each meal is curated to be less than 500 calories while providing over 35g of protein and lots of fiber to keep you full longer.
As a young breast cancer survivor with hormone positive cancer, my approach to weight loss is not about aesthetics — it’s about longevity. Carrying excess body fat can increase estrogen levels in the body, which may raise the risk of recurrence in hormone-driven cancers like mine.
This journey is about taking responsibility of my health, and doing it in a way that supports my body — not punishes it.
I share these meals not just as a dietitian, but as someone walking the walk — and I hope they support you on your own path to wellness, too.
