• 2 Romaine hearts, thinly sliced • 3 green onions, roughly chopped • ½ bunch dill, roughly chopped (about 1/4 cup chopped) • 50 grams feta, crumbled (about 3 tablespoons crumbled) • ½ teaspoon salt • ⅛ cup extra virgin olive oil • ½½ lemon, juiced

1. Slice: Thinly slice the lettuce and place it in a large mixing bowl.

2. Add: Add the green onions, dill, and feta cheese.

3. Sprinkle: Sprinkle with the salt.

4. Whisk: In a small bowl or jar, whisk together olive oil and freshly squeezed lemon juice to taste.

5. Drizzle and Toss: Drizzle the dressing over the salad, toss gently, taste for seasoning, and enjoy!
