Roast Beef

Ingredients

  • 2lb top round (1640 cal)

  • Thyme, sage, rosemary

  • Half stick butter

  • Garlic/ garlic powder

  • Salt, pepper

Directions

  1. Rub with olive oil, salt, pepper, thyme, sage

  2. Roast 300 deg for 45 mins (130 internal)

  3. *Prep time?*

  4. Pan sear 30 seconds each side with oil

  5. Add half stick butter to pan, sage, rosemary, thyme, and garlic then baste

  6. Let rest until ready to assemble. Slice and toss in any remaining juices

Notes

Can add garlic head in tinfoil in oven rack above beef for roasted garlic
