Cut the bottom part of the asparagus Then pan sear it till cooked

Blanch the corn kernel till it'scooked

Put an egg in boiled water Cook for 7-8 mins

Cut capsicum into pieces then stir fry with Salt and pepper

Pan fry some mushrooms EatwithMaxid & Photoalt and pepper if you like

Put everything in a bowl Rice as base is optional
