Four Cheese Ravioli Filling
8oz Ricotta Cheese
4oz Cream Cheese, Softened
1/2 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 cup Shredded Provolone Cheese
1 1/2 teaspoons Dried Parsley
1 large egg
1 jar Bertolli marinara
1. While the dough is resting, prepare the filling. In a medium bowl combine ricotta cheese, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, provolone cheese, parsley, and egg, mix well and set aside.
