1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 chipotle peppers in adobo
1 Tablespoon adobo sauce (get this from the can of chitpotle peppers in adobo)
2 Tablespoons honey
1 clove garlic
1 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon oregano
Directions
Add the ingredients to the bowl of a mini food processor.
Process on low for about 10-15 seconds, until all the ingredients are well combined and the dressing is smooth.
