Sautéed Broccoli Rape with Slivered Garlic and Red Pepper

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 small red pepper, rolled and julienne Cutinhalf
1 clove garlic, fresh, slivered
1 pound spring broccoli rape, cleaned and blanched
Pinch salt & black pepper
Directions
Preparation: Heat the butter and olive oil together until hot. Add the julienne red peppers and slivered garlic to the oil mixture and infuse the flavor into the oil/butter.
Add the blanched broccoli rape and cook about 3-4 minutes until warm.
Sauté until the rape are warm and combine with the garlic pepper mixture. Season with the salt & pepper. Serve on a warm plate.
