Chili Crisp Fried Egg on Toast

1 slice sourdough
¼ cup cottage cheese
½ avocado, sliced
1 tbsp chili crisp
1 egg
Salt + pepper
Directions
Heat chili crisp in a small pan over medium heat. Crack in the egg and spoon the hot oil over the whites until just set, keeping the yolk soft.
Toast the sourdough.
Spread cottage cheese onto the toast, layer with avocado, then top with the chili crisp fried egg.
Finish with flaky salt and pepper.
