APPETIZERS Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • One large package whole mushrooms

  • One block, cream cheese

  • One stick Butter

  • Garlic salt

  • Dry minced onions

  • Pepper

Directions

  1. thoroughly clean mushrooms and remove all stems.

  2. Take all of the removed stems and chop them very small.

  3. Mix the stems with the softened cream cheese.

  4. Add garlic, salt, pepper, and minced onions to the stem-cream cheese mixture. Set aside.

  5. Take the butter and melted in a large pan.

  6. Take all of the mushrooms and add them to the pan. Cook them down until they are 2/3 of the way soft. Make sure to flip them a couple times.

  7. Take the cooked mushrooms and stuff them with the cream cheese spread.

  8. Bake in the oven at 350° for approximately half an hour. They are done when the cream cheese spread starts to brown.
