Buffalo Sauce
Makes 1½ cups

I stick unsalted butter
¾ cup hot sauce
I tablespoon white vinegar
I teaspoon honey
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon hot paprika or cayenne
Salt
Directions
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the hot sauce, vinegar, honey, garlic powder, and paprika and use a wooden spoon to stir well. Taste and add salt if needed. Remove from the heat and let cool. Transfer to a clean jar and keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. Bring to room temperature and mix well before serving.
