Gf, Df, Rsf Coconut Yoghurt Cake

Ingredients

150g unflavoured 🥥 yoghurt (or Greek yoghurt)

2 eggs

1/4 cup neutral oil

1/3 cup maple syrup

1/4 cup coconut sugar

2 cups almond flour

1/3 cup shredded coconut

Directions

Combine wet ingredients

Add dry ingredients and stir

Combine to a small, lined circular tin, and bake on 190°C for 30 minutes

Let it cool and coat with powdered monk fruit sugar or coconut
