Chicken Bacon Ranch Potato Casserole

1/2 cup Mayo
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup milk
Garlic
Ranch seasoning packet
16 ounces bacon, cut into pieces
16 ounces shredded cheese
1 whole onion, biggin one
2 lbs chicken, cut into pieces
2.5 lbs potatoes, cut into pieces
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper

Directions
Get all the ingredients and cut the stuff up that need cut. Turn oven to 400°.
Boil the potatoes until soft but still firm. Then drain.
Caramelize the onion
Drizzle chicken with olive oil and season it with seasoning listed. Cook on stove or in air fryer, 380° for 10 minutes.
Mix mayo, sour cream, ranch packet, garlic and milk in an 9x13. Add in the chicken, onion and the potatoes once done cooking those. Add shredded cheese on top.
Cook in oven for 20 minutes.
Once pulled out, top with bacon.
