Lemongrass Chicken

Ingredients

2 pieces of Chicken Thigh & Leg deboned w/ the skin on

6 cloves of Garlic Chopped

2 tbsp of minced Lemongrass

3 stocks of Green Onion chopped

2 tbsp Fish Sauce

2 tbsp of Sugar

2 tsp of Chilli Flakes

1 tsp of Salt

4 tbsp of Oil

Directions

1Marinate chicken with minced garlic, lemongrass, fish sauce, sugar, chili flakes for 1 hour

2After 1 hour, add chicken in the air fryer skin side facing up. Make sure to spray the air fryer before adding the chicken. Set at 380 for 15-18 minutes. If your chicken has bone-in, add 5 minutes. Make sure to keep an eye on it to prevent it from burning.

3In a bowl, add chopped green onion and salt. Heat 4 tbsp of oil, and once the oil is hot, drizzle it all over the green onion.

4To serve, drizzle green onion oil all over the chicken and enjoy!
