Hash Brown Breakfast Crumble

Ingredients

6 sausages

100g chopped bacon

6 hashbrowns

50g grated cheese

Half a tin or baked beans

Directions

Chop up 6 good quality sausages into pieces (any - pork, chicken or veggie, I used Heck 97% pork sausages), then add to a greased baking dish.

Bake in the oven at 200C fan/220C or air fryer at 180C for 5-10 mins or until the sausages are starting to brown, then add 100g chopped bacon to the dish.

Place back in the oven/air fryer for a further 10 mins or until the bacon is starting to crisp up.

Meanwhile, defrost 6 frozen hash browns, then roughly break into pieces. Grate 50g cheese, then mix with the crumbled hash browns.

Spoon over a small tin of beans (220g), then add the hash brown crumble on top.

Scatter over another 20g cheese if desired.

Place back in the oven or air fryer for 15-20 mins or until the crumble topping is golden & crispy.

Serve & enjoy! It's delicious served on it's own or topped with fried/poached eggs.
