Cream Puff Recipe

1 Quart of Milk
4 Egg Yolks
1/2 Cup Flour
1/2 Cup of Cornstarch
1 Tablesppon of Vanilla
1 1/2 cups of sugar
1 cup water
1 stick of butter
1 cup of flour
4 eggs
Directions
For Cream Puff Filling: Place some milk in blender. Put cornstarch, egg yolks, flour and blend well. Then put everything in pot and cook on stove until it comes to a full boil and thickens.
For Cream Puff Shell: On medium heat, place butter and water in pot. Once simmering, add flour. Cook until film forms on the bottom of pot, and liquid is cooked out. Take off heat and put in stand mixer, add in one egg at a time. If too dry, add another egg. Pipe into balls, bake at 425 for about 25 minutes.
