Ingredients

1 pre-baked shortbread crust

3 cups corn syrup

3 cups white sugar

6 tablespoons melted butter

8 eggs

1/4 all purpose flour

One teaspoon vanilla

2 pound bag, chopped pecans

Directions

Melt butter add to mixture of corn syrup, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Whisk in flour and pour over pecan mixture. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes until the center of pan is set.
