No Bake Cottage Cheese Brownie Batter Protein Bites

Ingredients

1/2 cup cottage cheese

1/2 cup natural peanut butter (or almond butter)

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 cup cocoa powder

1 scoop chocolate protein powder

1/4 cup oat flour (or almond flour for low-carb)

2 tbsp mini chocolate chips (optional)

Pinch of salt

Directions

In a food processor, blend cottage cheese until smooth.

Add peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract—blend again until creamy.

Mix in cocoa powder, protein powder, oat flour, and salt. Blend until a dough forms.

Stir in mini chocolate chips (if using).

Scoop into bite-sized balls and roll using your hands.

Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
