1 tsp chicken base (caldo pasta)
1 tsp sesame toasted oil
2 tsp grated ginger

1/2 cup shreded red cabbage

1/2 cup shreded bok choy
OU
1 cup shredded cabbage and carrot mixture
1/2 cup edamame descongelado
1/2 cup shreded rotisserie chicken/tofu
noodles arroz
cebolinho topping
Directions
Prepare the seasoning
In the mason jar, pour the seasoning fisrt
Add in this exact order: cabbage, bok choy, edamame, chicken, noodles and cebolinho.
Keep it in the refrigerator up to 4 days.
When serving pour 0.7L boiling water, cover and let it sit for 10mn before eating.
