Directions
Add pork chops to the bottom of the slow cooker.
Sprinkle French Onion Packet over pork chops.
Pour Cream of Mushroom Soup over pork chops.
Cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours. Cook until internal temperature reaches 145 ºF.
Serve with gravy poured on top of pork chops.
