Pesto and Feta Turkey Meatloaf with cheesy green beans

12 oz. Trimmed Green Beans

10 oz. Ground Turkey

Info 2 oz. Crème Fraîche

Info 2 oz. Shredded Cheddar-Jack Cheese

Info 1 oz. Crumbled Feta Cheese

Info 1 oz. Basil Pesto

Info 2 Tbsp. Panko Breadcrumbs

1 tsp. Poultry Seasoning


Start the Meatloaves

In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, panko, poultry seasoning, half the pesto (reserve remaining for garnish), and half the feta (reserve remaining for garnish). Form mixture into two equally-sized, oval-shaped loaves, about 3" in length and 2" by height.

Place meatloaves on one side of prepared baking sheet. Roast in hot oven, 10 minutes.

While meatloaves roast, continue recipe.

Add the Green Beans

Trim green beans, if necessary.

After 10 minutes, carefully remove baking sheet from oven. Add green beans to empty side of baking sheet. Top with 2 tsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Sheet will be hot! Use a utensil.

Finish the Meatloaves and Green Beans

Roast in hot oven until meatloaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 12-15 minutes.

While meatloaves and green beans roast, continue recipe.

Make the Sauce

Place a small non-stick pan over medium heat. Add 1/3 cup water to hot pan and bring to a simmer.

Once simmering, add crème fraîche and stir constantly until melted, 1-2 minutes.

Add cheddar-jack and a pinch of salt. Stir constantly until melted and combined, 1-2 minutes.

Remove from burner.

Finish the Dish

Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping meatloaf with remaining pesto and remaining feta. Top green beans with cheese sauce. Bon appétit!
