My go-to 20-minute dinner that’s sweet, tangy, and crispy perfection 👇
What you’ll need:
Salmon fillet (skin off, cubed)
Fresh lemon + orange juice
Salt, lemon pepper, paprika, cracked black pepper
Citrus teriyaki sauce
Veggies (I love bell peppers + brussels or broccoli)
Quinoa or rice
Optional: hot honey + greens (arugula or spinach)
How to make it:
Directions
Marinate salmon with lemon + orange juice, seasonings, and teriyaki sauce. Set aside.
Toss chopped veggies with olive oil, salt + pepper.
Air fry everything together at 425°F for ~12 min (until golden + crispy).
Serve over greens + ginger quinoa or rice.
Drizzle hot honey over brussels + finish with a squeeze of lemon 🍯🍋
