Packed with fibre from chia to support digestion, probiotics from Greek yogurt for gut health, and juicy peach for hydration and natural sweetness.

Perfect as a quick breakfast or refreshing snack 🌿

Vanilla Chia Pudding with Shaved Peaches

INGREDIENTS (1 large serving / 2 small)

3 tbsp chia seeds (36 g)

120 ml unsweetened almond milk

100 g Yeo Valley Organic Greek Yogurt

1 tsp vanilla extract

TOPPING

1 medium peach

1 tsp honey (7 g)

15 g pistachios

Directions

In a storage container mix almond milk, Greek yoghurt, vanilla and chia seeds, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Spoon into a bowl and top with shaved frozen peach. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle pistachios on top and enjoy!
