Buffalo Chicken Tacos

Ingredients

1 Rotisserie chicken (deboned)

1 8oz package cream cheese

2-3 C cheese (chihuahua, or mozzarella or cheddar or a mix of cheeses)

1-1.5 C Franks hot sauce ( either add melted butter to the sauce or use the wings version)

Garlic powder to taste

Onion powder to taste

Ranch powder to taste

Oil or butter for frying

Tortillas (corn or flour)

Directions

Heat a little oil in a skillet.

Mix all ingredients together.

Spread a small spoon full on half a tortilla shell.

Place taco in skillet and shallow fry on each side till browned.

Or you can use a little butter in a skillet and brown that way.

Remove from skillet and drain on paper towel.

Serve with homemade ranch dressing.

Notes

This recipe makes a big amount of. The mixture freezes very well.

If you freeze, I wouldn’t put it all in the same big bag but in a few smaller ones. Easier portion control this way
