Ingredients

6 slices white bread

4 oz. cream cheese, room temperature

1/4 tsp dried dill

1/8 tsp garlic powder

1/8 tsp salt

1/8 tsp freshly cracked pepper

1 Tbsp lemon juice

1/2 green onion, sliced

1/2 large English cucumber

Directions

  • Optional: Freeze the bread slices separated for an hour to make clean slice edges

  • Whip cream cheese, dill, garlic powder, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and green onion together until soft and spreadable.

  • Slice the cucumber very thinly.

  • Assemble sandwich.

  • Eat within an hour or two or it’ll be soggy
