6 slices white bread
4 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
1/4 tsp dried dill
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp freshly cracked pepper
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 green onion, sliced
1/2 large English cucumber
Directions
Optional: Freeze the bread slices separated for an hour to make clean slice edges
Whip cream cheese, dill, garlic powder, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and green onion together until soft and spreadable.
Slice the cucumber very thinly.
Assemble sandwich.
Eat within an hour or two or it’ll be soggy
