1 1/2 c warm water

1/2 t yeast

Combine and let sit for 5 mins.

4 c flour

1 t salt

2 T olive oil

Add 2 c flour to warm water and yeast mixture. Mix for 1 minute, then let stand for 1

hour.

Use dough hook. Add salt, oil, and the rest of the flour, 1/2 c at a time.
