Ingredients

1 block firm tofu

Cornstarch

Oil

1 cup water

¼ cup soy sauce

5 teaspoons packed brown sugar

1 tablespoon honey, or more to taste

½ teaspoon ground ginger

¼ teaspoon garlic powder

Directions

Coat sheet pan with oil and put into oven preheated to 375.

Cut tofu into blocks and coat with cornstarch. Place on sheet pan with hot oil and put into oven. Flip and cook until tofu is golden brown.

Sauce: Mix all ingredients in pan and cook until reduced. Toss tofu in sauce and serve over rice with avocado, pickled red onions, and vegetables.
