Oatmeal Cookie Dough Balls

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
11-12 Medjool dates pitted
3 tosp honey or maple syrup
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup peanut butter or any nut butter
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
In a food processor, add oats, chia seeds, dates, peanut butter, salt, and honey.
Blend until a dough-like mixture is formed and no longer sticky
Transfer the mixture into a bowl, fold in the chocolate chips, and use a spatula to mix until combined.
Using a scoop or tablespoon, form 12 even-size balls.
Place in a container and store. Enjoy.
