Cloud Bread Pizza- Aka My Best Recipe Creation of My First T

Of course it’s not like pizza pizza but for everyday health and wellness, it’s truly fantastic and a great way to get in more protein.

Directions

Mix 3/4 cup of liquid egg whites (about 4 large egg whites) with 2 tsp of corn starch. If you want it to taste less eggy and more crunchy, use a full tablespoon. Season with garlic powder and oregano- it’s amazing like that. Bake at 300° on a greased baking sheet for 23-25 minutes. Top with about 1/3 cup your favorite pizza or marinara and 1/4 cup shredded cheese or dairy free cheese. Broil for 1-3 minutes until cheese is bubbly and enjoy!!

You can swap corn starch for almond flour but it won’t be as fluffy.

Unfortunately aquafaba does not work as a vegan swap.
