If you only have about 10 minutes to prep for dinner, this recipe is for you! This dish is packed with protein and has so much flavor!

All you need is:

2 cups broccoli florets

1 cup cherry tomatoes

1 cup spinach

2 chicken breasts

1 tbsp @chosenfoods 100% avocado oil spray

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt & pepper to taste

1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 cup half & half (or you can use heavy cream)

1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella

Directions

Preheat your oven to 400F.

Add the broccoli, cherry tomatoes, spinach, and chicken breast to your casserole dish.

Spray everything with avocado oil so the seasonings stick!

Season with your onion powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt & pepper!

Add your sun-dried tomatoes, minced garlic, and half & half!

Top with freshly grated parm & shreds mozzarella cheese and bake at 400F for about 30 minutes or until your chicken is fully cooked!
