total timeIngredients
• 24 Hawaiian Rolls
• 8 oz cream cheese, softened
• 1 egg
• 2 cups sugar, divided
• 1/2 cup powdered sugar
• 3 tsp vanilla, divided
• 1 cup butter
• 2 tsp cinnamon
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9x13 pan
2. Arrange rolls in pan and cut a small line across the top of each (filling will go inside).
3. Beat together cream cheese, egg, 1/2 cup of sugar, powdered sugar and 1 tsp vanilla.
4. Place mixture into each roll- I used a cupcake injector, but can also put mixture into a ziplock bag and cut a corner to squeeze the mixture inside.
Melt butter in a saucepan and add remaining sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon. Bring to a boil and immediately pour over the rolls.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until rolls are golden brown on top. Sprinkle powdered sugar and syrup on top. Enjoy!
