Cauliflower Steak + Carrots

Ingredients

1 head of garlic

1 tsp cumin

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp oregano

1 to 2 tbsp oil to roast

1 large cauliflower

4 large carrots

4 tbsp tahini

few tbsp water

juice of 1 lemon

1 tsp miso paste

1 tbsp Harrisa paste or spice paste

1 to 2 tbsp oil

parsley, chilli oil, cream, sesame seeds, crispy onions for garnish.

Directions

cut the carrots into chunks, coat in the seasonings and oil. Cut the cauliflower into steaks, coat in spice paste and oil then roast until charring along with the garlic head.

fry the thinly sliced onion until caramelised then blend with the roasted carrots, tahini, water, lemon juice, roasted garlic and miso into a smooth sauce.

serve the cauliflower over the sauce, garnish and enjoy!
